| KAGE | Kage's are responsible for most of the village's day-to-day affairs, such as assigning the village's ninja to missions or securing funding for the village's projects and personnel. The Kage spends most of their time in the village, only travelling abroad for events of vital importance to their village. | (200) PP |
| JOUNIN | Jounin may be assigned to supervise a three-man genin team. Their duty will be to instruct and train them to become competent ninja. It is not unusual for jounin to go on missions alone. They are often sent on A-rank missions, and if experienced enough, S-rank missions as well. | (150) PP |
| CHUUNIN | Chuunin are shinobies who have reached a level of maturity and ability that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess. Chuunin are typically sent on C-rank or B-rank missions. They may be assigned to a party of genin to serve as the squad leader. | GENIN | Genins are the entry level of a ninja. They start to do their bit for their village's economy by taking on missions. A set of difficult tasks are made to test the skills of genin to see whether or not they are prepared for the long haul. | (50) PP |
| STUDENT | Anyone at this tier has only one task, STUDY! | (30-40) PP |

| SHOGUN | The Shōgun controlled foreign policy, the military, and feudal patronage. The role of the Emperor was ceremonial, similar to the position of the Japanese monarchy. | (190) PP |
| SAGE | A Sage master can take on one pupil for training. Each pupil is taught how to properly balance their own chakra with natural energy. Upon success set pupil will not experience any animalistic transformations to their body. The one exception is a dark pigmentation around their eyes and the eyes themselves, which usually differ based on where the user learned Sage Mode. | (180) PP |
| COUNCIL | A Council exists to help the Hokage govern the village and to make sure all decisions are made with the best interest of the village and its inhabitants in mind. | (175) PP |
| ANBU CAPT | Those bearing this title are the absolute best that the ANBU Corps has to offer, and as such these individuals shoulder greater responsibilities than the shinobi ranks. Furthermore, ANBU Captains are permitted to hand pick and lead three-man cells. | (170) PP |
| ANBU | This Special Assassination and Tactical Squad, are covert operatives of capable ninja that are dispatched by their village leader. There are apparently no true ranks within the Anbu; team leadership and hierarchy seem to be based on merit and experience. | (160) PP |
| HACHIMON MASTER | Similar to Sage, Hachimon Masters take on students of with limited ninjutsu or chakra talent and grooms them into the new lotus of found youth. | (155) PP |
